I began my career as a production operator and worked my way up through every operational and managerial level, ultimately becoming CEO in Europe. This path has given me unmatched perseverance, adaptability, and the ability to connect with and coach teams at all levels—from shop floor to boardroom.
My hands-on understanding of operations, combined with strong communication skills, enables me to build trust with employees, lead cultural change, and work effectively with unions and stakeholders.
Managing Director & CEO Europe – AGP E-Glass / Soliver
Led 1,200-person operations in Belgium, Germany, and Italy. Drove safety, quality, production, engineering, and commercial teams. Successfully steered transformation projects and complex stakeholder management.
Plant Director – Case New Holland Industrial
Managed a workforce of over 2,000 FTEs, implementing lean manufacturing and Industry 4.0 strategies, boosting productivity, and reducing operational losses.
Soliver Evergem Coater Start-Up Project
Led the complete start-up of the SoliverCoater plant in Evergem, including full commissioning, ramp-up. Leveraged in-depth
site knowledge, strong stakeholder relationships, and rapid talent acquisition to enable an efficient launch.
