With over 15 years of international experience across four continents — South America, North America, Europe, and China — I have built a career at the intersection of consulting, industry, and transformation. My professional journey spans top-tier consulting firms such as PwC and Deloitte, to leadership roles in global listed companies including Whirlpool, Votorantim Cimentos, AGP, and Soliver.


I have partnered with McKinsey on large-scale transformation projects and worked extensively with Private Equity–backed companies, driving performance improvement and value creation in highly challenging environments. My expertise covers M&A, due diligence, and post-deal integration, as well as operational and financial transformation programs aimed at restoring profitability and accelerating growth.


This international exposure has given me a unique perspective on navigating complexity, managing change, and delivering sustainable results across diverse industries and cultures. Soliver NV | Director & CFO | Belgium (2023-2025)


  • Steering a Tier-1 automotive glass manufacturer through financial and operational restructuring.

  • Preparing the company for strategic M&A transactions, while ensuring business continuity and turnaround progress.



AGP Glass | Finance Director | Belgium (2018 – 2023)


  • Leading a 14-member finance team across Europe, overseeing treasury, tax, FP&A, and compliance.

  • Executed a successful SAP implementation in under 12 months, strengthening finance infrastructure.

  • Managed liquidity and cash protection during COVID-19, safeguarding growth while meeting commitments.

  • Partnered with shareholders on capital raises and debt restructuring of $100M.

  • Supported expansion strategies through banking relations and financial modeling.


Whirlpool (Global Compressors Business) | Corporate Finance Senior Manager | Brazil & Global (2015 – 2018)


  • Led FP&A, Treasury, Accounting, International Tax, and Internal Controls for a worldwide team of 21.

  • Partnered with McKinsey to deliver a $20M working capital improvement, directly boosting valuation.

  • Drove the finance workstream in a $1.1B M&A transaction, managing carve-outs, buyer Q&A, and valuation support.
