I have partnered with McKinsey on large-scale transformation projects and worked extensively with Private Equity–backed companies, driving performance improvement and value creation in highly challenging environments. My expertise covers M&A, due diligence, and post-deal integration, as well as operational and financial transformation programs aimed at restoring profitability and accelerating growth.
